We started the Vagabond Kitchen with the idea that every place has its story to tell, and at our best, each of those traditions has something to teach the others.
Here at the Vagabond Kitchen, we prepare what we know, the recipes and traditions that were passed down to us by our ancestors. But the way we approach our food has been inspired by the places we've visited, the people we've met, and the food we've shared.
That is the Vagabond Way -- to enrich what we know with the things that we learn along the way.
